TheraCORE Indoor Triathlon
Participate in an indoor triathlon at Five Seasons Family Sports Club to benefit the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Ronald McDonald House Charities. Participate in a 10 minute swim, 20 minute bike, and a 15 minute treadmill run/walk (total distance for each event will be added to determine score). Registration forms can be picked up at the TheraCORE clinics in Westmont or Burr Ridge
